Found myself humming to the tune of "I'm a Little Tea Pot" nursery rhyme as my hands shaped the pot. This tune stuck with me for the rest of the day; like a sweet kind of memory, perhaps it was something from our childhood days.

"I'm a Little Teapot" is a song describing the heating and pouring of a teapot or a whistling tea kettle. The song was originally written by George Harold Sanders and Clarence Z. Kelley and published in 1939:

It is said that, the teapot is a symbol of friendship, of telling stories and confiding in each other. There it sits between your friends and your teacups, loyally keeping the tea warm, listening in on your conversations and never telling a soul what it's heard. It also represents treasured moments of solitude. This teapot would do this well!
